Piezo Driving Unit DU001
Principle of operation
Attotech's Piezo Drive Unit, DU001, amplifies a low voltage trigger and controls the Amplitude of the amplified high voltage signal. DU001 is designed to drive our pulsed valves GR001 and GR020, in the voltage range 0V to -500V with a peak power of 550W.
